Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
We ship all orders via trusted domestic carriers. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days within the United States.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused antler chews within 30 days of your purchase date. For health and safety reasons, products that have been chewed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at tmantlers@gmail.com so we can make it right.
